Help needed
Hey guys so i have a 92 ranger 4x4 and when im going over 60 and barely push the gas or let off the truck gets very loud, i can feel the pedel vibrate and it only stops after my speed drops below 60 or when i push the gas down more, it only happens when i barely push it down or let off the gas, any ideas let me know im not that good with knowing what problems are with vehicles

Manual or automatic?
Tough to say what it could be.
60mph means alot of rotation from tires, if a balance weight came off or belt separated it could act that way.
Belt separation can cause a tire to vibrate only at a certain speed, below or above the speed it is smooth.
Drive line issue, maybe rear differential, long shot would be u-joints, but they tend to "clunk".
If automatic it could be torque converter lock up is acting up, computer controls that and gas pedal position is used by the computer
