Yea that's SuperSplash. To my understanding he used to live real close to my house, and the local 4 wheel store, Mumbly's, has some pictures of him doing other burn out contests. I know the truck has a 460 in it. No wonder he lites up those tires.

The youtube comment are somewhat entertaining. Lots of people hating on ford/ranger and not knowing what they are talking about, gotta love it.

there was a truck just like that near me, it was for sale at a dealership. looks like the exact same truck. that was a few years ago though

most likely was guy lived in MI and i swear sold it a few years ago
