I had some creek, I said creek cause it was only doing it once... I had to re-grease the glide pins again...the lower one was not quite as free moving as the top one....all new hardware last year and I greased the pins back in April when I started hearing that one creek sound.

Nice! So the guide pins were causing the creek? Would have never guessed that! Did you have uneven break wear?
