How long did Bamachips take to send u a tuner...

So i ordered a tuner from Bamachips like three weeks ago and still haven't heard anything from him other than an order confirmation e-mail. I am getting kinda nervous...i gotta race coming up on me fast and i want that tuner like yesterday!!!. All i got to show for it is a $410 piece of order confirmation paper. The website said it would come in 7-10 days.

Screw that. Thats bull****, if I get a tuner I'll go with someone else now. 3 weeks with no communication is retarded, they should have atleast said something.

Don't sweat the money part. He's been in business too long to cheat someone. Assuming 2 hours of programming per unit, they can get backed up fast.

So because someone is too busy to inform somebody of something that makes them retarded? That whole statement was kinda uncalled for if you ask me.

Getting paid $4xx.00 for goods/services and then leaving the customer clueless for 3 weeks is uncalled for. If they are that busy they should have contacted him and said "hey, Im busy so I wont be able to do your tuner for about a month" as a heads up and then asked if he wanted to wait still or a refund of the payment. Or he could put something on the website saying hes stacked up badly or busy and the tuners wont be done for about a month if you order one.

That's funny this thread was made... I have tried to call Bama chips about 3 times in 2 weeks to order a tuner and ask questions... There has been no answer. Doug has a good reputation around here.

It could be a postal issue

Never had a problem with Doug or BamaChips...he wouldn't let my car leave the dyno until he got it right.
