There was a bigfoot ranger down the road a while back. It was even for sale...mint condition. I dunno where it got to, though.

It had "BIGFOOT" on the side, like the original monster truck. Not sure if it had anything else....

What about the "original" Ranger? The "Ford Courier"?

I just did some research on the courier...neat little beast! You can see what the Ranger evolved from. But then again, the F-series had the "Ranger" trim package....So where did it REALLY evolve from?

I remember most of them. I owned an 89 STX for 13 years. It was more like the FX4 LII of today and the new STX is more like the GT of yesterday.

I've seen a couple of Lariats around here, and I think I have even seen one of the Big Foots. I have seen lots of STX's, and even more XL's and XLT's. I have never seen a Ranger Explorer.

the courier is still aliove in Mexico. The bed is attached to the cab like an old Subaru Brat or a new Honda Ridgeline. My brother saw one a couple of weeks ago.
