How Much Do You Use Your Cruise Control?

I have cruise control in my truck and have used it less than 10 times since I bought it brand new in 04. So my question is how much do you use your cruise control (on the highway)?

I live in Fl. there is not one road that you can use cruise control for more than 5 mile stretch. Thanks OLD PEOPLE. the right lane is for Exits or idiots who feel the need to haul some ungodly amount of junk on the interstate, not for cruising. The middle lane is for cruising; as fast or slow as you possibly want( within the 40-75mph limit). The left lane is for passing the cars in the middle lane who are going slower than you. Once past them get back in the middle lane and cruise. NO one here understands that. In Wisconsin, it's a ticketable offense not to drive within these easy and efficient parameters.

if I'm cruising between here and the Springs, I'll use it. In town, people have no clue how to drive so I'm constantly having to punch it and get around them. I "surf" thru traffic (one of those annoying people who jump lane to lane to get around people) so my speed varies. Next week when I get the Ranger back from my buddy's shop, I'll have the CC set all the way home at 50.

and if i know there's a cop around as in i just drove past and im coming back i'll use it, especially in my step dads car.. cop magnet

which dealership did that? when i took mine to morries ford in Minnetonka, they put a fused "switch" that turns the power off to the cruise control when the vehicle is not running. when we meet on january 26, i'll show you what they did.

Easy for you to say......when there are three or more lanes on one side of a highway big trucks are restricted to the far two right lanes. Idiots that do **** like that hold up trucks all day long and I'd just like to run them over if the law allowed. So I have to break the law and get in one of the left lanes to pass or I have to break the law and pass someone on the right. Makes alot of sense right?
