Ya Josh it is a factory hitch

if I put the brackets in the original holes the hitch will sit right under the bumper with no gap so it is touching

The other option is to take it to a metal shop where they can weld in a plate on the sides to put it where you want it to sit still being able to use the factory bolt up holes....just an ideaer!! lol
