best oil to use in my 3.0?
Main question is 10W30 - 5W30..
what is better for this time of year??
and what kind do you guys use??

since you are up in canada, I'd go with 5w30, especially in winter to help with cold cranking.
I've had great luck with Valvoline 5w30 MaxLife Synthetic Blend.
I believe there was a thread about a month or two back about what oils everyone used.

5w30....thats what it says to use under the hood....mines a 4.0...but that doesnt matter.

you could use amsoil. i use 5w30
