I need opinions please!:)

I am thinking about buying a ranger. I just wanna lift it a little and have some good performance in it. Is there any certain year or model i should buy? :)

what kind of lift where you looking to put on...any year is pretty good...if your looking for a little performance get the 4.0 v6...id avoid the 01-02 ranger 4.0 they have timing chain tensioner problems

Umm, Idk. Im open to suggestions. Haha. I dont know to much about lifts and stuff, i have always been into Honda's. But a truck sounds nice for a change. Can i get a 99/98 with a 4.0 V6?

yes you can get the 4.0 from 93-current...the only change was moving from pushrod to overhead cam in 01...there really isnt a lot of suspension lift options out there anymore and theyre pretty expensive...IMO a body lift is the way to go

Okay cool:) Yeah i am probably gonna end up doing a body lift to fit my budget in the beginning. How would 32's fit on that you think?

With mine approaching 150,000 miles and plenty of towing and hauling being done, I'd tend to disagree with this statement.

It's a hit and miss deal. My dads 02 starting having it at 72,000 miles.

It is well equipped with 4 wheel drive, Automatic, power windows and locks, tilt, cruise, CD, etc.
It also has a mild tint to the windows to keep the sun at bay.
This truck does not look 6 years old.

Reply to: sale-ju5ca-1986817902@craigslist.org

2000 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4 with only 75,000 miles! It has 4.0 V6 and new tires with about 5000 miles on them. Oil gets changed every 3000 miles. Truck is in good shape and has no known mechanical issues. The only reason I am selling it is because I am moving and will no longer need a pickup. Everything works in this truck and it is reliable and in good shape. Posting for less Kelly Blue Book "Good Condition." If you have any questions or want to see it call me. My name is Justin, 541-784-8662.

Thanks,
Justin

Duuude, I wonder how many miles are on that 04.

Even with 150,000 miles $2800 is SOOOO low.

Thanks for the posts :) And yeah that is really low. And Hondas are very reliable and great cars... As someone else said, Kia's are just unreliable slow p.o.s. haha
