buy 4x4 tranny, or tail housing/shaft
buy t-case
front diff
brackets
cv shafts
new knuckles
new bearings
buy new rear drive shaft
acquire a front drive shaft
get some new cross members
shift linkage or electronics
then piece it together.
is that good enough for you that cant search? I'm sure I'm still missing some stuff.

Seriously. This swap is super easy. If you can turn a wrench then you can do it.
As for my swap I used 04 EDGE's thread as my reference, it was all I needed to figure out what I had to do.
Here is my thread, I listed most of the parts I used. The list and pics are pretty outdated now. Also didn't take pics of the install process. Look at 04 EDGE's thread for that.

That is if you chose to link up the front end.....
It isn't really that complicated no matter which route you choose, rounding up the shafts and correct trans & transfer case likely is harder.....
