It's time
to change my oil what kind of oil do you guys suggest for a 2002 xlt 4x4 with 75k miles on it?

Started using it around 80's going strong at 230,000. I still only change it every 5k or so.

5w30 castrol gtx. ive got a 98xlt 3.0 and she has just about 300000km on her now. NO PROBLEMS. just always change the oil at 5000k

I'm all about amsoil. 5w30. And a K&N oil filter.

Stick with what your engine came with, good old ford oil and filter.

No this is not the 1st time the oil has been changed... but its the 1st time its been changed since i bought the vehicle which was a 2 months ago i think
