Wheeeelllllsss!!!

Steelies to be specific, and FREE! Found 4, 16x6.5" steelies in the dumpster at work today. Think they came off an 07 Toyota Camry, and they look damn near brand new. Like someone bought the car and then wanted custom wheels put on it, and just ditched the steelies. Lug pattern is 5x4.5" which fits the truck perfect, but the center bore is too small to fit over the hub!
Ive had a set of 16" tires (which I also got for free) sitting in the shed for several months that I've been keeping just so I can use them on the truck. I'm gonna get spacers because the offset is wrong (off by 18mm), but anyone have any suggestions on what to do about the center hole? Could these be pressed or machined to fit over the hubs so I can use them? I don't want to get 2" spacers just so I can use these wheels, that would just look stupid on this old truck.

What can be done to make these work besides big *** wheel spacers?
Thanks in advance

most wheel shops can custom bore the hole for you. and fix that offset if you need it done too. or you get a die grinder and put some elbow grease in it. balance won't be much of an issue after you get the tires on i would hope you get them balanced too
