depends which side your EGR valve is. if its on the passenger side then they would work.

But for an 03 it does not matter as I have no EGR.

 

those are repairs, not mods.

Why dont you just put in a 5.0L. It would be alot better then a supercharged 4.0. With some mods added it would probably be cheaper to.

v8 is nothing to me. wouldnt fit that well me thinks.

for 1, I cannot put the radiator in the original location
2, i have a few support pieces for the frame that will be in the way
3 i think it weighs more

I like the sounds of a v6, supercharged. Idk I just like my 4.0

 

I like my 4.0 too. I wouldn't put in a V8 either.

I like my 4.0, but I need more towing capacity, thats why I want to do the 700r4 swap and a gear....lol.

 

the 4.0 has never held me back from lack of power.

its the rest of the truck. transmission holds up well too just worn out.

 

4.0.. get another truck for the 5.0

I used to really want a 5.0 until I read what all it involved, Now I am content with the 4.0, but i want more toys for the motor.
