just took an online survey
from the looks of it ford wants to do away with the 3.0 vulcan V6!
they also want to have a 2.3 hybred motor.

all sorts of questions about rear access doors and audio systems.

i wonder whats in store for the future ?

oh and there was also a question about a 3.0 diesel engine???
i would be all over that !!!!

It wouldn't suprise me at all if Ford got rid of both the 3.0L and 4.0L with the next big Ranger redesign (not just a face lift), if there is going to be one.

I would love to see a small diesel in the Ranger.

I highly doubt I would ever buy a hybrid Ranger. Too complicated, too much **** to take care of.

and as far as I know the new wave of hybrids arent that "complicated"

v8 or diesel i might get rid of mine but... most likly get that as the dd and mod the **** outta my 03 lol

Yeah, if modding the **** out of a truck isn't adding a sweet suspension, blower, and countless other mods, I can't wait to see what is!

Morpace? Yeah, i got it too. Lots of interior questions like how would you rate a armrest with or without storage. Bluetooth cell phone connectivity was neat. How much would you pay for a 210 watt MP3 system with subwoofer. Mention of the 3.0l and a 2.3l hybrid. Overall, no sign of a major overhall just playing with options and their desirability.
