key fob decoding

I was messing with my Mustangs key fob and programed it to my Ranger now when I click unlock it un locks my Ranger and my Mustang How can I take the Ranger off

You can't, a dealer or locksmith could erase all the fobs then reprogram the ones you want back in.
I don't think fobs in memory can be erased individually.
