Kicking the idea of selling my truck.....true value of it?

here is the rundown-
1992 XLT Extended cab, 2.3/5spd, aluminum wheels, sliding window, gauge cluster with tach
124k miles
Maintence-
108k tires
112k starter and solenoid, wheels rotated and balanced
116k front rotors, pads, bearings, and seals
119k timing belt, serp belt (and tensioner), coolant flush, crank hub and sensor
120k optima battery, air filter, fuel filter, plug wires, plugs

Extras that are going with the truck
Topper King bed cap (matches truck, has broken back window)
Extang toneau cover snap style
bed liner
JVC cd player, boston acoustic speakers up front, pioneers in the rear
2 new front rotors
1 qt of touch up paint
clear corner lenses (also included are the old lenses)
Compustar alarm with remote start, a $500 alarm

The engine leaks about a quart of oil every 5000 miles. The transmission has a small leak, does not leak much at all. Engine starts up and runs very nice, touch the key and go. shifts smooth, paint is glossy, few spots have been touched up but cannot be seen from 10' away. There is a little rust, but less than you would expect for a 92 Ohio truch driven through the winters.
Interior is in pretty good condition, not smoked in, got new grey front seats, great condition.

NADA guide shows the value as follows;

Low- $2,525
Avg- $3,500
High $4,150

I think it fits in the "a little above average condition"

That with the couple of extras, and maintence, what would be a good asking price/bottom line?

I don't have a significant amount of money into it, deffinatley will not lose money.

Thanks

Honestly even though its in good shape you won't get good money for her. Older years just don't sell for good money.

Yeah, I thought the NADA was a bit high. What do you think is a good asking price?
