yeah it is really intact. doors and bedsides were pretty unscathed. both doors opened up pretty easily.

i think without the wheels, my truck was able to roll much less violently because it was much shorter with more of a square cross section. it just rolled around the corners

Wow. Glad you are okay and nobody else was hurt. Try not to do it again eh?

FYI, the ambulance doesn't leave without asking if you would like to be transported to the ER. Sounds like you denied that (maybe you don't remember). Normally when you have a concussion you don't remember for sometime before, during or after. Also you can normally get a ride from the wrecker.
The officer should have offered a ride though, I agree. He was probably pissed because he sees people get killed from accidents like this. Which still doesn't make it right.
You are going to get more sore by the hour, and day. Fortunately you were asleep I guess, so you were relaxed which makes things better as far as injuries normally. Don't be afraid to go to the doctor or something if you're hurting more, you should have personal injury protection on your insurance for things like that.

Buy another Ford!

Isn't their motto to protect and serve? Not to be a douche bag. I'd be pissed and I'd turn him in. Its our tax dollars that pay that scum bags salary and he should of given the guy a ride. Although he's probably union so turning him in will do little, but I say do it anyways.

I was thinking the same thing....but if there was enough momentum for it to just roll totally in the air, I see it being possible. Hard to believe the bed is virtually intact too. I think I see a roof bubble on the driverside. But...hard to tell in that pic at all. Waitin' for mo betta pichas!

Glad your alright man.

i overheard the police talking to a trooper who was rolling through. they were saying they wanted to arrest me and take me in for something, but they couldn't find a reason. they were aggravated because they really wanted to get me, but all my responses like pupils and all that stuff showed i was completely sober. the trooper said the only thing they could do was ask if i would give consent for a blood test. they dropped it after that. haha

X2 on all these. up here, if an ambulance is called to you and you don't want to go for a ride, then they make you sign off on it. i'd be filing a complaint and getting a CAT scan done to make sure there is no damage. "i feel fine" is alot different then finding out there is brain damage or damage that happens down the road and it's documented.
cover your ***!

i remember sitting in the back of the ambulance and them telling me to sign here for this sign here for that sign here to day your refusing a ride. so the paramedics did their job.

i feel no compulsion to file any sort of complaint against the police. im fine, i feel no reason to have any more police interaction.

im going to try to find my truck this afternoon. i have a final at nine in the morning which i am totally unprepared too. have had a really hard time getting any studying done. still kind of worn out and dazed. pretty amazing how the truck turned out. ill get some more pics for everyone for sure.

driver and passenger windows were rolled down a couple of inches and didnt brake. neither did the rear window. the frame popped out a bit, but its unbroken

i denied the ride. the paramedics seemed to support this decision, they didnt even suggest taking me in, just asked me to sign saying that i was opting out of a ride. you would think at the least they would suggest that i go get checked out later. and i can definitely understand how the police felt, but i agree it still doesn't make it right. im sorry to say it, but ive come to expect it from then. its probably been about four years since i have had an interaction with the police where they acted like they should.

dont have to go through insurance for that

this happening really makes me appreciate my good friends, and how much they care for me. i feel bad for worrying everyone, but it definitely could have turned out worse
