Location for 2005 Ford Ranger XLT Supercab 3.0L V6 AUTOMATIC Transmission.

Anyone know where the Transmission Range Sensor is located in '05 Ranger 3.0l automatic transmission? I believe its bad because when I turn the key, I got no noise or any power just silence. Only time I can start it is when I jumpstart it. So I need to find the sensor to see if that could be it. Heard it's common problem with Ford.

Thanks.

If jump starting gets you started, it's not the transmission range sensor.

I'm going to guess dirty or loose battery connections.

It's not the battery issue because I just put in brand new battery, cable, terminals in it.

It shouldn't be, because I just put in brand new battery, cable, terminals in it.
