I'm lookin to spend up to $1500-1600. I really want to get a MIG because I already have a stick welder and I am trying to get a TIG welder from work too. What do you think?

 

I borrowed my friends miller dual voltage welder and it was awsome. you can either use it with 220 or 110 volts. it comes with an adapter that is designed for that purpose.

 

if it were me i'd go with the Miller 212 i worked with one everyday for 6 months back in FL and i love the machine. very smooth operating but its totally up to you

 

yeah, i ended up getting the 212 and so far its awesome. I haven't done much with it yet, just a few practice pieces and it did great. They gave me a really great deal on a brand new floor model they just put out a couple weeks ago. Spent 1800 on the welder, gas, tank, and 2 spools of wire.
