for the last few days my brakes have been making a loud obnoxious rumbling noise when braking, but only when im in the lower mph's almost coming to a stop. today will be the first chance i've gotten to take a look at it, so if anyone has had this problem and could help speed up the process it would be much appreciated

 

pull the tires off and look

 

Do you have any brake pads left?

That could be the issue....metal on metal.

 

the pads were relatively new, but put on scored rotors by the previous owner im guessing
