lowered my truck, what do you think

lowered my truck, what do you think

we monoleafed the rear and heated the front for now, and on top of all this i threw a rod threw my block in cylinder #1 so time for a turbo motor. what do you think of the lowering ill take more pics tomorrow as it sits.

Back needs to go lower.

Or a turbo v8....looking good, but I agree, I prefer the back to be lower.

im doing 2.3 turbo for now, long story and yes im going lower trust me, its always too high until its tucked, im tucked 20 when im done

Got any wheels in mind? Or you just gonna shop around when you're ready? Anything would be better than the wheels on their now They looks like the wheels my friend had on his chevy before he got 20"s

just looking around hopefully by christmas ill find some, i was going to swap my hubs and go with these

Those are cool...I like the more gotti 20"s but those would look nice and clean.

Or keep your 4.5 hubs and go with some sort of Mustang wheel.

i dont have that kinda money, for a 5.4 out of a lightning they want 3 grand for the motor alone.

bump^ i found a whole nother ranger for 200 bux, its frame wheels chassy fenders motor tranny. im either going to sell the chassy after i pull the motor, or should i bag the 2nd ranger?

If you want the back lower, you might flip the axle. (Put the axle on top of the leaf springs). that gives it about a 3-4" drop.
What diff. do you have on there?

its a stock rear end all i know is its a 1 tire fire, im parting out a 1992 ranger also of any one is interested for locals, im located in the fort worth area, ill snap some pics of what i got,

get an explorer axle and bolt it in disc breaks and flip kit in one. theres a win win for you

x2 I remember a few of the guys that did it with honda's and they rode like crap.

I'm just wondering why he heated them instead of cutting them. either way is should have been done right the first time with Drop beams or Proper Drop coils and a Flip kit instead of a mono leaf

the ride was suprizingly smooth, shocked me. i have a serious question, the other truck i bought is a 1992 it has a 2.9 in it, will it bolt up to my mounts, i have the brain and harness also.
