Grease the front sway bar mounts (all of them).

just grease your front sway bar bushings. the main problem with them is they dry out and dry rubber on metal makes for some squeaky squeaky lol

There doesn't need to be to grease the sway bar. Take the mounts off the frame, pop the metal off of the foam / pvc / whatever it is, and lather it up with some grease from a bucket, usually found in the section that the tubes of grease are in at autozone.

my front end squeaks and creaks and I know it is not just the sway bar. Look at your ball joints and see if the boots are still intact. If they are not, then that is your problem.
