If you are looking for a "Complete" engine then all there will be are used engines
So if "totally" means complete engine to you, then no, no one has ever rebuilt a total engine, just short blocks(no heads) and Long blocks(with heads)

You can spend as much as you want, but unless that's an INSTALLED price I would keep looking
