Missisg fuse

I checked all my fuses today and found that i was missing
the #35 fuse which is RABS Test Connector. Do i need it
and does it have anything to do with the rear brakes locking
up on sensitive days?(I know that the rear locking up is
common when it rains and that the RABS sensor will still allow
one tire to lock up)

Tried to put a fuse in but the slot is empty, the owner's manuel was wrong.

The owners manual is a 'general' ford manual, a few picture differences, but they are all mostly the same.

For several years, Rangers were equipped with either RABS or 4WABS, depending on option content. The 1998 RABS trucks had a fuse in #35 but the 98 4WABS trucks did not.
