I have a 2004 4.0 and my gas gauge doesn’t work so I go by the miles. How many total miles could I go with a full tank of gas? I haven’t gone past 200 miles because I don’t know how far I could go without running out of gas.

Figure a 19gal tank, I think its actually 19.5gal

4.0l SOHC should be 17MPG = 323 miles, combined highway city, if mostly city driving then use 15MPG

Use trip meter and record gallons put in each time and you will get a better idea of actual MPG

After 200 miles you should have put in 11.7gallons, if you are getting 17MPG
