Muffler Question Tried Looking But Cant Find It

well i am trying to find a flowmaster for my truck, 98 ranger, i cant find a part number or weather i need a center or offset inlet, ect. and what size pipe i have, for now i am going to keep the stock pipe from the muffler on, if anyone could help it will be greatly appericated thanks

your piping coming into the muffler should be 2" and after that do as you wish. duals or what not. you could use a 40 flow or a 50 flow all depending on what you want

I believe you want 2.25in, center in.. offset out.
most get flowmaster 40 series or the delta 40 series.

if you dont have the money for the complete catback i would just have turndowns after the muffler, and if you want duals later on get a muffler that supports SI / DO this was all you have to do is add the pipes later on

i know im bringing up an old post...but its the only one that answers my question...almost...so what inlet does everyone use...center or offset???

which ever one you want. mine is a center inlet, well both of mine have been center inlet.
