Multiple Gauge Malfunctions

A bit of history here...I bought a 95 Ranger 2.3L manual trans new in 95, sold it to a friend years later, and he just gave it back to me a few weeks ago. So while he had it, he swapped out the original instrument cluster for one with a tach.
Now, the gas gauge doesn't work (sits at half-full all the time), the tach only goes up to about 2k no matter how hard you step on the gas, the alternator gauge "bobs" back and forth and what I believe is the "air bag buzzer"
keeps going off at regular intervals. I think a few of the warning lights are also out.

I'm going to start by pulling fuses and seeing if any are blown or need cleaned up, since they have been in there 30 years. I'll also check the grounds and maybe replace the old battery ground cable with a new one.

Does anyone know how many bulbs are in the gauge cluster (both backlight and warning light leds)? I wanted to know before I take everything apart, so I can have the new leds here before hand. I'll attach a pic of the cluster.

I also want to confirm with those of you who know, will a blown air bag light cause that buzzer to keep going off? There is only one air bag...the one in the steering wheel, so I wondered if the updated cluster expects both a driver and passenger bag?
While I have the cluster out, is there a way to check voltage to see if the problem with the gas gauge is in the sending unit or the gauge itself?

Thanks for your help!

Not all instrument clusters are the same and many any not interchangeable. Maybe look on ebay for a cluster for a 95 ranger.
