1. After a brake job that included new rotors, bearings and pads, the ABS system will kick on when coming to a stop. There is no ABS light. Both wheel speed sensors have been replaced and seem to be doing their job. A shop has said it isn't the tone ring or wheel bearing, could be ABS module.
2. The camshaft synchronizer started to squeal and continues to squeal after getting a new part put in. Went with Dorman. It squeals intermittently while driving for a few seconds when truck is at operating temperature.
3. Oil pressure gauge bounces and check gauge light comes on when stopped and at operating temperature. Goes away as soon as you take off from being stopped. New oil pressure switch has been put in. Oil pressure has been checked and is good.
The truck runs like a brand new one. Just took it on a 3 hour trip each way. At this point multiple mechanics have looked at it, drove it and can't figure neither out. One has said that he would just drive it. Again, it drives as good as it did when I got it.

Please help.
1. An ABS module fault is possible, but not common on these trucks. A competent shop should be able to cycle the ABS pump and verify it's status. But it's also possible that the tone ring is not installed correctly, and making contact with the wheel speed sensors. The wheel speed sensors need to be checked to make sure they are not rubbing on the tone rings.
2. All aftermarket cam syncs (including Dorman) are known for early failure. The only guaranteed camshaft synchronizer is Motorcraft. Are you sure you don't have belt squeal? They sound similar. Try to isolate where the sound is coming from. If it's coming from the back, it's cam sync.
3. Aftermarket oil pressure switches are also known for a high failure rate. Hop onto Ebay and find a Motorcraft version. I learned my lesson with aftermarket switches after buying two that failed after two months.
These trucks are REALLY picky with parts. Motorcraft is always your best choice, even if it's a little more expensive.

Now I wonder if O'Reillys will take back the Dorman under warranty and replace it with Motorcraft with me paying the difference. I sure hope going with MC helps this out.
