yea you have to do it but maybe not the breather and you may have to buy a dif size pipe as ford is known for having dif size filler necks on dif years
mine was a b!tch but good luck and dont forget to heat those cab bolts

Just installed the same kit on my truck. Didn't need a filler extension, just snipped the zip tie that held the filler and breather tubes together and that gave me enough slack. The steering extension I attached to one end of the steering column, raised the cab and then connected the other end. So long as you don't turn the wheel or shaft any, should work fine.

yea i disconnected the shaft then raised the cab and then put the ext in it took some wiggling but nothing major it should be pretty easy but make sure it is lined up correctly it can only go in wone way and if you put it in wrong your air bags will go off
so just be smart about it

Wouldn't being "smart" in this case mean disconnecting the battery to prevent that issue (with the airbags) to begin with?

You have to take the shroud off the radiator and push it all the way forward as far as you can then pick the radiator up outta the perches and move it all the way forward then jack up the cab.

Also make sure you got all your body grounds off including the one on the firewall on drivers side it won't strech, just be mindful when jackin up the cab...go slow and easy and you should be fine!!
