My first questions here

The metal parts on my windshield wipers is faded/old, i was wonder how i could take them off and maybe spraypaint them?

I also have this sticker on my chrome bumper that I want off without scratching or making the chrome look terrible. Theres also a big gash in the plastic, probably from a stick. Is there any way of repairing that?

Thanks a ton for your help!

i would say just get some black paint and put newspaper under the wiper arms and paint them and for the sticker try using a hair dryer to heat it up or take a razor blade and carefully work your way under it im not sure about the plastic part though you might just have to leave it

An other suggestion for the bumper-sticker...generously spray the around the stickers edges with wd-40(let it sit for a couple minutes) and then use a plastic paint scraper to scrap it off.

Take the wiper arms off of the truck, clip underneath... take off the blades too.
Sand and spray with DuPont Etching Primer, then paint, your color.
Let dry really well and spray on a matt finish clear or reinstall as is.

I have never used WD-40 on a sticker but I will try it, if that fails try Goo Gone.

Pull the wiper arms off, remove the wiper blades, sand lightly to even out the pitting, spray with DupliColor Bumper & Trim paint. WD-40 or Goo-Gone for the sticker. Sprya the entire plastic tread section of your bumper with Krylon Fusion.

If all else fails with the sticker just use a utility knife blade, I used one for a sticker I had on the chrome and it came right off. The wiper blades are easy, I took them off and sprayed black gloss on them and they turned out great.

To pull the arms off there are 2 tabs on each side where it mounts onto the gear. pull them to the outside like wings and then work the arm gently until it rises off the ****. Sand, hang by string from a tree and spray away. Course take the blade off too. The best paint for a factory look is any brand trim spray in satin black.

Later models may just pull off if you lift the arm into it's upright position but I've not done those. I have on later Ford cars and they come off this way.
