Seriously?
I brought it to the dealership, it was $300 for an alignment, apparently my stearing wheel wasnt on square so they fix it and ballanced the tires, but they still vibrate. It was $96 for labour to ballance, and $25 shop fee, the rest was all alignment and adjusting the stearing wheel

No trucks can you adjust the back.
(except the VW rabbit truck sold in the late 70's early 80's)

IRS. lol. There isn't anything to align in the rear. lol. Unless it's loosening up the ubolts and pushing forward or rearward on the centerpin on the leaf spring. lol.
Yeah.......virtually any suspension change, except shocks, it's suggested to do an alignment. $50 around here is about normal for a front end alignment. I dont understand why people have suggested to do an alignment for just shocks....i mean..they just sit there and dampen the ride. They've got nothing to do with ride height or suspension geometry afterall....
Which reminds me...I STILL need to get an alignment after my balljoints and lift kit from a year ago. lol.
