Make sure Crank Position(CKP) sensor was hooked back up, it is on the front cover of engine, it tells computer you are trying to start the engine and times the spark and fuel injectors, without a "pulse" from the CKP sensor computer doesn't start spark or fuel.
Try spraying gasoline or Starting Fluid(ether) into the intake then try to start
50/50 test
If it starts and dies then you have no fuel pressure so something got unplugged
If it doesn't start then no spark, or no compression(timing belt problem)
There are a few marks on some Cam gears, only one is the correct mark to use for timing crank and cam
