why does someone finance 850 bucks? i understand why you are giving him half and half, but his end just doesnt make sense

If you have a receipt of sale you should be able to make a new title in your name. Go to your local BMV or AAA

hey he emailed me apologized said hed ship the title this morning via UPS will see.
