need help taking off window tint

I was quick to judge and pulled off the window tint where it was peeled back so I could re-tint it. Then I quickly realised there is 3 layers. I got the first 2 layers off no problem and now I'm to the 3rd layer and after some research I found it's a pain for everyone to get off and I should have removed all 3 layers at once. Ah.

So what's the easiest way to get the bottom layer of window tint off?
