New Member & what is this called?

Howdy Y'all.
SO, I am trying to figure out WTF this thing (The Filler in-between the roof & side)is called if its removable & open to any suggestions on how to remove & repair the rust that is forming in this area.

I have spent hours searching just for a name & all GOOGLE does is gimme regular cab .
I have tried every combination of these words {2011 ford ranger extended cab XLT metal roof filler drip molding body}

2011 Ranger XLT extended cab.

Thanks for looking

Dam that was fast! thank you very much!

Its hard to tell from the photos is it snapped in place?

Can it be removed without wrecking it?

Man this it like pulling hens teeth.

It is bolted down, you need to remove inside cab plastic trim moulding to see the nuts holding the studs on the outside trim piece
