New tires for '03 4x4

I know opinions about tires are like A**holes but I have narrowed my choices down to either the General Grabber AT/2 or the Toyo Open Country A/T in a 265/70/16 size to put on my factory 5-spoke wheels. Don't want 75s cause they look too tall for me.

Any useful opinions on either would be helpful and pics of this size tire on stock height Rangers would be nice to see.

Thanks.

I have the Toyo Open Country ATs on my truck. I have to say I loved them. Very good traction for general purpose and wore very well. Mine currently have 103K on them. One is out of round but that happen in the last 5K. I will be replacing them with the same thing this summer. As far as size I can't help. I stuck with stock size for an 2003 FX4 which I *think* was 245/75/R16. I can look when I get home if someone else doesn't chime in.

This pic was last week so you can see size...

Jeep take off's

Hi , I just bought a new 2014 jeep jk wrangler & replaced all 5 wheels & tires .
I own a 2006 red ranger supercab 4x4 with auto just like yours with 23,000 miles I bought new 9 years ago. I,m afraid I may get a blow out soon & I'm putting the jeep tires all five new on my ranger . I have 11/32's thread left on the rubber ,but they're almost 9 years old ! My thoughts Loc

Are you asking about the size or the age of the tire? 2006 with 23K? Wanna sell it? lol

I live in Amelia...only 5 miles from you. I ended up ordering some 15x8 black soft 8 type wheels and some 31x10.5 General Grabber AT2s Should be here this week.

That's kind of funny. Whole wide internet and you're within 10 miles. Put up a pic when you get the new setup on. The clear on my wheels is fubar so I was considering replacing them. Although I'll probably just paint them since its way cheaper.
