Lately I have been seeing a lot of members asking about obd2 codes an what they are I salve this problem for myself a few years ago on a trip to California because they can't check obd2 codes or so they said at auto zone. That being said I ended up buying a scanner which was like $50 and came with software to tell you what the codes were so no more going to auto zone to get them read or find out what they are lol. Now you can buy the scanner at the store or you can look them up on your phone I have an iPhone and there are apps that you can download most o them for free and when you get the codes they will tell you what they are. Just thought I would put that out there
