Oil loss 2000 xlt 3.0

I have a 2000 3.0 with around 230 k. It has been burning oil. Maybe a quart a week with lots of driving. It doesn't smoke. There is no oil on the ground. There is no burning oil smell when I drive. No noticeable leaks under the truck. Besides keeping it topped off can I do anything else to help the issue?

Well oil doesn't evaporate so its going somewhere

That can either be a leak to the ground, or out the tail pipe(burned)
Look at the tail pipe and run your finger around the inside, blackish residue is oil being burned

Pull a few spark plugs and have a look, burning oil causes blacker color tips

Look under vehicle toward rear of engine, for oil coating, great for rust protections but expensive way to do it, lol

They call that the chassis lubrication system.
