Oil pressure light

Hi everyone,
First post here, so not sure if this has been covered, but would be great to have any feedback regarding this.
I just serviced my 2016 PX2 Ford ranger XL model (oil and filter changed).
Did all this within an 8min window to avoid oil pump from losing its prime, then went and started the vehicle looking to see if the low pressure oil light would show any problems.
everything seems fine with no funny noises, however, I noticed that even when the ignition is turned and all warning lights appear, the low oil pressure light did not come on.

Just wondering if that is normal, or if there could be a faulty sensor/bulb had blown, preventing a warning from being displayed.

Vehicle has done 60,650km and located in New Zealand.

Thanks for any help
Cheers

Welcome to the forum

We are in North America and could never buy or import your T6 Ranger version, ours were smaller trucks and never had diesel engines after 1986
Ours were also only available from 1983 thru 2011 model years

Try Australian Ranger Forums or South Africa Ranger forums, they are in English
T6 Rangers were sold world-wide except in US and Canada
