ordered my radar detector
I hate to say this, but Virginia and D.C. are the only two (2) places in the U.S. where radar detectors are ILLEGAL TO HAVE AND USE. all the other states allow them yours doesn't .
have fun when you get caught and have to face a $3,500 fine (yes, thats the fine for excessive speeding in Virginia) and another $500+ for having a radar detector.

Umm ive seen cops pull people and give them tickets for that round hear... I have a detector in VA I mostly dont use it but I go to Carolina alot and thats when I use it, It has saved me lots of times. Only thing is Laser that gets ya Its worse than POP... I do like the alert that tells you when a train or EV is approaching.
