I took a load of the scrap in and got 27.00...lol, its like 33 cents now#$%$

Huh? If it is your property she really cannot do anything about it, as long as you don't leave everything out for like a week. That's like saying you can't wash your own car in the driveway and have all the cleaning stuff out. If the cops come just say your just doing some work to the truck and you will have everything cleared up by night. They'll probably just laugh, then talk about the lady calling in other stupid stuff like a dog marking its territory in her garden.

Call the police on that lady for stalking you

It depends where you live, some homeowners associations don't allow you to have project cars in the driveway for ashectics purposes.
