Please give me some ideas for my Ranger!!!

I have a 1997 Ford Ranger 5spd. manual tranny. 2.3 Liter 4 banger engine. I want to lift it up probably 5" using Pro Comp. I want to do deep mudding/offroading. I would like more power anyone have ideas, tire sizes, power options, warnings? Thanks -Aaron-

I'm not to knowledgeable about lift kits for your truck but I do know that getting more power out of your 2.3L is going to be a little difficult so your best bet might be to do gears.

more power you could swap to a turbo set up from older lima's. but your definetly gonna need a regear to atleast 4.88 for 33" tire maybe more depending how deep you want to mob. 2wd 4 banger = not hardcore mobbing device in mud
