Please help me

Ok is I just bought a 1999 ranger straight bed not flareside ford made a tent a ford oem tent it's say it's fit 2000 and up my Q is why wouldn't it fit my 1999 if it will fit a 2000? I'm suppose to Pick uP the tent tommorw please help

the bed hasnt changed since 1904, so yes it will fit

I didn't know Rangers were available in 1904.

Yeah but beds from 1993-2009 are compatible, the only differences are flareside or styleside and the 6ft styleside or 7ft styleside.
