Please identify this coolant line

Greetings Rangerbros. I'm working on my 2000,2.5l,5spd ranger and while shifting around some stuff to gain access to a bolt and the bottom portion of this coolant hose broke off, soaking me in that sweet, sweet antifreeze. I'm not really sure how to figure out what this hose is called so I've joined to ask the hive mind. So, any ideas on what it's called? I think it bolts to the block on the bottom side. Edited to clarify that the hose is behind the cylinder head, my flashlight is shining on it.

Also, Is there a good way to get this sucker off without too much trouble? Thanks in advance.

Got it off but broke off the top piece. Still not sure what it's called but it does have some numbers on it. Google didn't seem to help yet. The bottom part bolts to the block with a 17mm nut.

The hole up top, right above the shadow from the brake line is where the 17mm nut cane from. Any ideas?
