i have the worst service ever from a lfit/ accessory store for trucks called Rancho Motorsports.

This is the place i got my RCD lift from, and lets say, the lift is great, the people are horrible. i hate this store. when i go to buy the lift the guy quotes me 2,300 out the door, alright, i make my deposit.

2 days later when they order it they tell me its 2,700 and they quoted me for the wrong one. they want 2,500. i say no, and that i signed for 2,300. Finnaly i agreed to 2,400. alright whatever. it takes freakin 2 WEEKS for that lazy place to actually get in the lift.

i get it back, pay cash, im good, im done

i get home and gil notices something on the pic that has grease all over, the CV Boot is ripped and grease is everywhere. im pretty pissed already and call the guy, telling him that the boot is ripped. he says they will have the boot by monday (its a thursday).

Monday comes and no boot. for the next 3 weeks they dont have the boot. im really pissed off becasue i cant drive my truck now and this lift is useless. i also notice that those dumbF**ks didnt cut one of the mounts, and that it rubbed against the coil, scratching the entire thing and removing the rubber coat. he says the boot will be in monday (today) on last wednesday. im like alright FINE!

okay, here i am today. theres a boot but they cant fit me in to lift untill wednesday of this week, and im REALLY Pissed off now becasue he said it would be all done and on the truck by today. Then proceeded to tell me how it came in over the weekend, but of course the dumb@$$es they are can't even call to let me know.

He said he said i should have broughten my truck in this morning while well knew that i had school. well screw this place!

after they fix my crap on they're crappy hack job for the install, im reporting them to the BBB.

i would apreciate it if everyone discourages and tells they're friends about the negitive things they have done while trying to screw me over becasue im some kid in high school. the part (CV Boot) that was torn open should have taken 3 day acordding to ford, not 3 weeks. that is just pure evidence that they were trying to screw me over. the place is

a cv boot can be done in driveway...i woulda done it myself after two days. nobody touches my truck until ive had a thorough discussion with them and only one person has touched my truck to mod it besides myself.

 

Sucks dude. Like Neil said. Wait till they fix it. Then buckle up nuckle up. haha

 

im waiting for it to be all over, and if not ill just sue em.

i would have done the cv boot myself, but i dont have a high enough jack, nor do i have a freaking BOOT! plus the coil is getting all screwd up, and i cant fix that myself.

 

Its the principal of the fact.

you know you could have just wraped that boot in Duct Tape till the new one arrived and still been able to drive it... maybe not submirge it, but drive none the less... Anyway sucks, I'v been there before too. Just get it fixed and never go back... not much else you can do really...

 

i wanted to leave it untouched so they can deal with all the grease, plus with such a$$ holes they are, they would have said that i tampered with it or something stupid...

 

i drove mine with an empty torn boot for about 6 months, it was fine unless i used 4wd. still though, those people sound like they suck!

 

sucks dude... ill be sure to not go there if i ever go to california to lift my truck seriously though it really sucks

 

yeah, i just dont want people to have the same crap i did. a half-a$$ job and ppl who just dont give a rats @$$ about you.

 

Ya know, it's pretty sad that you do business with certain individuals and spend that kind of money with their business just to have them turn around and **** on you and not give a rat's *** about ya!!!! That is enough to **** a man off!!!!
