Icon4 PLZZZZZZ HELP ME 94 RANGER WONT START

I did a motor swap with a 1994 ford tor . I swapped just about eveything but block (intake ,exhaust, sensors). I dropped it all in and all lines up.I hooked it up and i got spark and smell fuel and got fuel presure. Got it times and its 10 degrees before for TDC and it still wont fire.:( I know its got compresion bc it had a loud (shot gun loud) back fire 2x when it was way off of tune.

IDK what to guys plz help me

You swapped parts with what...? When you do an engine swap, typically you'd take the entire engine out of the donor vehicle... Sounds to me like you have a big ol' mess of mismatched parts that don't want to cooperate.

maybe, you TDC the motor am I correct? from what you said it sounds so..

andddddd I always say this: Disconnect negative battery terminal for an hour or two. Let the computer fully rest and try again. When I do any modification I always reset

Yeah it sounds to me the timing is 180 out as you surmise. I have had that on other vehicles, and the backfires are indicative of that, or the high tension leads are going to the wrong plugs, check the rotation etc.

Engine swap, with out swaping engine. that sounds like the problem. Why didn't you just swap the whole engine? sounds like you have a wrong part or didn't put something back into it or didn't put fluid in. give some more info.
