Puddles

Is it just me or does every ranger do this. My passengers always ask why water comes over the hood and on the windshield when i hit puddles and not away from the truck. It was been brought to my attention several times with passengers and i want to know it its a Ranger thing or a Dave truck thing ? Friggen idiot in the truck cuts me off o'well

Is this a serious question?

All vehicles do this. The front of the tire pushes water forward and up, then you drive into it

Happens in every vehicle I've ever driven or rode in

The only times you don't see it is if the front bumper is low enough to block it

Its because of the higher ground clearance and the short distance from the front of the wheel well to the bottom of the bumper, your tires push the water up and forward and you drive under the splash.

You would think common sense would kick in and you would realize why the water comes up from the tires.
