I think my truck needs something on the exterior to make it a little more interesting. I was thinking about racing stripes..........either black or silver ones.........but im not sure if thats what it needs. In Need for speed Carbon, I took a car I had and made it look like the orange on my truck, then added black racing stripes, and it looks pretty bada$$. What do ya'll think about them on my truck?

 

im not a big fan... christian has the only ones that i like for what ever reason...every other ranger that has them i dont like it

i've always liked mine:

 

def do the black

my fav stripes are black on white, black on yellow, or white on blue

 

I think silver would look better, but I don't know that racing strips are what your truck needs...

 

I don't care much for racing stripes on trucks especially 4x4's but since your a lowered truck it would be okay, but you might wanna check out doing graphics instead.

 

 

what about some ghost racing stripes.

 

ew... i dunno we've moved out of the late 80's - early 90's and graphics went with it!
(ie Splash type graphics..) IMO

 

That woudl be cool to, but a little thicker than the stripes on Christians' tuck.

 

Well graphics have come along way. It has to be done right and mainly you have to use the right colors, and especially with his color truck.

black stripes...i would do it if i where u, when i get my truck painted blue im goin with while stripes like the gt 350 shelbys

 

ok heres what I did in photoshop........

 

after the ps, id say black...

try a darker silver (like the color of ur rims)

 

i honestly think your truck looks alot better w/o stripes.

 

If your doing stripes I like the silver but with a outline stripe as well.

But if you have black rims then maybe black stripes.

And I think I would have them end before the tip of the hood and not go down the grille.

I like the silver on the front but like the black better on the rear. Don't think it's looks right lol.

 

I don't really like either, but if I had to choose, I'd say the silver. Are you painting the stripes of are they gonna be stick-ons?
