Radar keeps falling off the windshield

My radar doesn't want to stick anymore with those suction cups. I dont know if i can replace them, but what are some other options to make it stay and not fall off?

i dont know if this would effect the signal of the radar but it might be a good mount..
if you have an aftermarket radio... there is that cubby hole that takes up the extra space... you could dremel it out a little bit and put it there?

here is my paint version of what i am talking about...

that would work...I used velcro

I actually reccomend not using a radar detector...most depts. use laser now anyways...your screwed by the time it can detect it

not nessesarly... laser is mostly on highways and the police are stationary so your odds of running into them are slim where as radar can always be on and your odds of running into a cop running radar are much better...

just go to a hardware or hobby store they should have new ones.

4X2XLT is right unless the department is huge and has a lot of money the chances of running into a cop running lazer are far less. Out of all the departments my work builds and services only 1 or 2 departments have lazer and its only on a few of their cars.

a light coat of vasoiline on the cups will make them stick like new, and unlike silicone can be cleaned off the cups and your windshield very easily.
