Shawna.. We'll put your truck back together. It will just take some time.

ya know, not to sound like a dick, but I honestly, can not understand why people put so much money into their audio systems, and then, dont bolt them to the floor?! Not many people have looked into my cab, but if u did, you would notice that my $89 MP3 player is just 'sitting there' its not even really like attached. its been that way since I got it a week after i took delivery. It doesnt bother me and doesnt really stand out, but offers one benefit: if some a-hole breaks in to steal it, itll just slide out... hopefully not taking the whole dash with it.
on another note, to those of you with sound systems, you need to invest a lil money into those star shaped bolts, the same ones used to hold down the seat belts. I think, if you attached a steel plate to the bottom of your subs and then used 4 bolts to bolt that to the floor, youd need a bulldover to remove it. If I was going to add and amp, whicxh i might do sometime in the future so my classical music and oldies have more oomph, thats how it will be installed. there will be no giving it a quick yank, cause that sucker will be BOLTED to the floor using uncommon bolts.

If they cant get the system out most likely they will destroy it as well as other stuff in the interior of the truck either way we lose. I dont have alot of money into my system I got lucky and got it for dirt cheap off my friends girlfriend who didnt want it anymore when she went to college and barely used it. I wasnt going to turn down 2 memphis 15's in a box for $75. I got the amp for $75 off her to. My old system was 2 mtx 12's nothing special and a 200watt amp it was perfect nothing to loud when the subs were stolen it was by a bunch of kids in highschool who we thought were our friends they did it as I was in a party.

I have NO tolerence for ANY kind of thief, Even ones jacking rice. I don't care who<m> they are. When someone puts time, money, resources and sometimes massive amounts of effort into their ride, home, yard.. Its to be respected as such.
If a Thief cant respect such.. I believe its hard to steal something when they need their hands to crawl with.
